This room is for qualified School Of Fish coaches and staff. It is adults only. No learners, no parents, no Squad members.
- Talk to each other the way you would on the bank. Disagree about method all you like; leave people alone.
- Nothing in here is private. Every channel is visible to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Never name a learner, a parent or a family in any channel. Describe the situation, not the child.
- No photographs of learners in this room. Session photos go to the school with consent attached.
- Anything that worries you about a child goes to the DSL directly, not to a channel. Ulvis Strokss, 07713 177685, safeguarding@schooloffish.co.uk.
- Report anything that needs a second look. The button is on every message and it goes to the DSL.
- Selling and swapping kit is fine in the channel for it. Nothing else commercial.
- Your profile photo is a photo of you. Never a learner, never anyone who has not agreed to it.
- What is said here stays here. Do not screenshot the room into other groups.
Breaking these can cost you access to the room, and in serious cases your coaching licence. Messages are kept for twelve months.
