Always deleted: your access, your photograph, your phone number, and every identity document you have given us, including any passport or driving licence image.
If nothing is recorded against you, that is everything. Your record goes with it and nothing is left behind.
If you have trained with us, your training record stays for seven years after you qualified or your course ended. That is what our privacy policy says, and it is what the awarding body and our insurers expect of a coaching school. It means your qualification and the dates of your checks, not your photograph or your documents.
Safeguarding records are kept separately and for longer, which the privacy policy sets out in full. Nothing you do here removes one.

If you have removed the app, cannot sign in, or would rather we handled it, fill this in. Use the email address School Of Fish holds for you so we can find the right record. We action these within seven days and write back to confirm.
